Where can I buy a cheap red photo album?

I have about 400 4x6 photos from Cardinals games in 2006. I would like to put them in a photo album or albums. I don't like leather or gold and I don't want to spend a ton of money on the album. A scrapbook style album might work since I may want to include ticket stubs, but I am not set on that.

1. I got mine at Walmart, you could also check a craft store, for a scrapbook album.
2. Same place where you buy the green ones.
3. Walmart would be good but a craft store may have more options.
