How can I make a printable photo album?

I recently returned from a family trip to Florida, and I was wondering of a way to make a nice, presentable photo album of all the pictures I took from the trip. Is there any free-ware available for this sort of job? Maybe a program that lets you place the pictures on each page and print it out, and maybe even being able to add borders? Thank you for your help.

1. It depends on what you need. There are some sites that will bind the album for you and send it to you. There are some sites that will allow you to download the software to edit and print it yourself. 3. And the new Photoshop elements 6.0 has a really cool album maker as well. That way you can print them yourself, or of course order them bound online.
