I need cute, creative, personal christmas gifts for my 3 best friends. Any ideas?
We've been best friends now for 4 years. We have a lot of memories, a lot of pictures, a lot of inside jokes. Last year I made them little personalized photo albums. I dont have a lot of money, but I can still spend some.

- I like making t-shirts. All you need are cheap shirts from a craft store, fabric paint, paint brush, exacto knife, and contact paper. Basically, you start with your idea and create a stencil and go from there. I've made many shirts. They're a blast to make, fairly economical and oh so personal. More questions on stenciling? - Make them special Christmas ornaments. You can make whatever kind you like maybe something made with ceramics like a wreath with all your names on it. You could crochet over clear ornaments or do bead work. My vary favorite is an beaded ornament from a friend.
- You can get candle and soap making kits at most craft stores for very cheap and for around $10-$15 each. One kit will make several candles. You can personalize these in a number of ways. If it a jar candle wrap a photo or printed phrase around the outside and secure it with a square of laminating paper (self sticking), which is about $5-10 for a pack of several sheets. A pillar candle can have the same things wrapped around and then be dipped in clear parafin wax to secure it. The picture will not catch fire. I use old cans to melt wax although most kits come with everything you need. This can easily get you 3-5 gifts for under $20 total and you'll learn a new skill.
- A photo frame can be useful, and a thoughtful gift. Or look out for gifts like little bears with your friends names on them, or pens, key-rings.Think of a hobby or interest they have, and buy them something they will use.I had lovely books on card making off a friend that knows I enjoy making my own cards.
- well if you have a lot of inside jokes- buy them something that has to do with the inside jokes. like if you have an inside joke about a cow- buy them a stuffed cow or something. hope it helps! merry christmas(:
